Hi JC, Unfortunately, it is the phone acting up. We can only suggesting you make a try, and test placing calls after having installed the latest app version. Or make sure first you have the latest app version. But 99% it is your phone causing this.

Since we did not know which of the numbers had a problematic connection, we've tested the one you complained about the last time you reached our Support team. Unfortunately when calling that number directly we couldn't get through which shows that the problem might be the landline number you are trying to reach in Lebanon. Hi Tord, You can set up your Caller ID. That can be your own number and it will display for your friends and family when you call from the PhoneClub app via this service.
