Hi Patty, The sound quality SHOULDN't be terrible, so let's see where the issue is. Since you're using the app to call, it's most probable that your slow internet connection is the cause. That's what happen in 99% cases. An alternative would be to use the Offline Calling option in the app, which allows you to call without using the internet, when you experience speed problems. Hi Lj, Since you're using the app to call, it's most probable that your slow internet connection is the cause. That's what happens in 99% cases. Please check your network or talk to your network provider, or maybe switch to cellular data / WiFi when you place the call. Also, you consider an alternative, calling without using the app when you have internet speed issues. And indeed, we had a 17% rate increase in July for the destination you're calling, as a reflection of higher costs. There are ways to save until the future rate drop, that we usually announce by email if it's major. Hi Yogita, We tried to call you several times to learn more about the situation! Unfortunately, we were not able to reach you. So, we left an email message with the results of our investigation. The tests made by our Technical Department indicate that there is an issue with the destination number. It looks like a number you tried to call (see the exact number in the email) is not working at the moment. Hi N L, Thank you for letting us know. There are some checks to make in order to fix that. No worries. Also, you can try offline calling from the app (no Internet needed) if the slow Internet connection is the issue here. Just make sure you've got the Contacts you call (phone Contacts imported) in international format phone numbers. So, please make sure first: -you have the latest app version installed on your device. -you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers. -you've got your Caller ID set up in your app. (the number showing up on the screen of the person you call). If not... 1. Go to the app menu, tap "More", select "Set my Caller ID" and enter the number you'd like your friends and family to see when you call them. 2. Shortly after, you'll receive an SMS with a Verification Code. Simply confirm the verification code on the same page and your Caller ID is set. Tell us how it works: https://phoneclub.com/contact

Hi Prateek, Some tips to fix that! And thank you for telling us about it. Since you're using the app, please go through some checks first: -Make sure you have the latest app version. If not, please update, or uninstall and reinstall it. -Make sure you've got high speed internet; slow internet connection will affect your call connection majorly. -Set up your Caller ID to ensure an ideal connection. Find it in your app menu. Follow the easy steps to activate that. The Caller ID is the phone number that will show on the display of the person you call. Also, please try offline calling from your app. It uses a local access number available for your location. This way you will be using our own connection and not the internet. 1. Log into the app 2. Tap "My Account" (in the hamburger icon on the right) 3. Scroll down to "Settings" and tap that line 4. Select "Default Country" (your country of residence) 5. Scroll down to "Offline Calling" and tap on "Disabled" 6. In the Offline Calling menu, choose the country you are calling from 7. Add the number you are calling from 8. Scroll up to "Status" and for Android tap on "Disabled" (the status should change to "Enabled") and for iOS toggle "On" 9. Go back to the App's dialing pad and dial the destination number you want to reach, in international format or choose the number from your contact list.
