Too expensive when NZ dollars are converted to US dollars. Looking for other options.

I called several times and and my calls were answered by some random people I don't know what has to be fixed but thats scary, it seems my calls were being redirected

recharged twice and don't see the balance. Only the third time was able to use it (using another phone). Very shady.

Very bad sound quality…
Very bad sound quality… using app WiFi or not. Said you can use access number to dial and improve quality… none of the access numbers work… KeepCalling… PhoneClub… whatever name they use… tried them all… very bad sound quality!!! Unable to carry conversation.
