Evan
they are absolutely impossible to deal…
UPDATE TO REPLY: "on standby" my a$$. I've emailed you dozens of times in 5 months with all of the information - heck, I've sent it two or three times. I'm done trying to port the numbers over because you failed to do it in 5 months and I've decided to finally cancel the service that was draining my bank account at $50/mo - a loss of $250 due to your incompetence to port. Not to mention, the numbers you gave me to use don't work - I can't text out. So even your own numbers have problems. And when I do reach out, FROM MY PHONE2 USERNAME, I still have to wait days or weeks for a reply. Currently, I'm waiting 7 days on this response. A chain of emails that is 20 long, of which you've only sent 6... because the rest of them have been followup requests to get a response. It's painful dealing with your customer service. truly. -------- ORIGINAL POST: they are absolutely impossible to deal with. their customer service is atrocious (and that's saying it kindly). I was supposed to be able to port over 2 numbers - paid extra for those lines and extra for those porting fees - and it's 5 months later during which time I've still had to continue paying for the other service so the numbers can be taken and they still cannot figure out how to port the numbers in. when i do hear from them they blame it on the fact that it's an "old system" - the company is like 2 weeks old, how can it be an 'old system'?! on top of that, they tried to make it right, so they gave me two extra numbers, which I don't really need, but of course, those numbers don't work either - I can call and receive calls and texts but I can't text out! how is that possible? But honestly, the biggest problem is that they do not respond to emails. it takes weeks at a time to get a response from their customer service and since they don't have a phone number to call you have to wait for emails. it's terrible. I'd give them a ZERO if I could, but what I will say earns them a "1" is their app. Certainly it would be great to pay $99 (or even $129 for the 'upgraded plan') and never have to pay for the number again. And the app itself is handy and works well to be able to have other members of my team access the same numbers. It does need a little work - for example - texts and phone calls are all in one screen, so it makes it a bit confusing - and there are other quirks like that. But it's a pretty clean and neat app. Just wish I was able to use any of the 4 numbers that I have as not 1 of them work... if only they would set them up properly. Maybe one day I'll get to use it. Pathetic.

Evan, we are sorry this is happening. We transitioned underlying carriers a few weeks ago and a few numbers got caught up in the migration (mostly ported numbers). We've tried to be transparent about it but doing emergency ports, issuing temporary numbers and the like. Can you please email us from your Phone2 username (emphasis on PHONE2 username) so that your ticket will be pinned to the top of the list? We are eager to resolve this for you and it pains us that you're having this experience. We're on standby! :)
