Phone2Reviews of phone2.io

Phone2.io is a pretty good service. In my case not all my needs were met, however, I really appreciate their customer service support. They actually tried to be helpful. They are improving their product so it’s not perfect but it’s better than just good.

I moved here from Skype and its a much cleaner and easier experience. It just works. It has some limitations such as inability to block spam numbers, but other than that its clean and easy.

Its a really useful app

I like your service and its indeed life saver in some cases. However more and more us services recognize that this is a virtual number and dont allow to receive sms or even register their accounts under your phone number. Like wells fargo bank or what's app. I'm us customer living overseas and it was crucial at some points to have us numer virtually everywhere but "staying" in the US at the same time. Hope you'll improve it in the future. Good luck.

Great work, great app. One thing, you guys need to develop a way to allow user settings to pick a ringtone for calls coming to a specific number. I need voicemail to text transcription too. Team feature is slick. Voice quality is very good!

More pros than cons. I've been using Phone2 for several months. I'd say for the most part, I am happy with the way it handles calls among everyone. I've tried almost most of big-name VoIP services and the cost can't be beat with Phone2. Pros: Price can't be beat. Customizable voicemail greeting has multiple slots, that we can toggle based on our hours of operation - big plus for our use case. Easy design, easy to invite users. Cons: No spam call identifier on annoying incoming calls. There is no support for SIP physical phones. Customer support is responsive but slow. That's why I dock it 1 star. But compared to others, it's much easier to use.

This vendor has been very responsive to my needs based on my requests, and has gone above and beyond to resolve the issues. All businesses have struggles, and while Phone2 had some delays in responding, they were able to resolve my issue in a satisfactory manner.

UPDATE to previous review Andrew and crew of Phone2. My phone slowly started to receive/send sms and mms. I have tested the messaging today and it actually worked! I have all the time to wait for your company to grow and address spotty services here and there. For $99 of lifetime service, that is a good deal for a secondary number. One thing I am also waiting for is a quick response to consumer feedbacks and complaints. I am hoping with the steady growth of your company, this will be addressed as well--like deleting the call or messaging logs and not just the message.
