Paying a monthly fee is a rip off , I have been using Skype for years and all you do is put credit on your account to phone .. To phone a uk land line from Portugal with Skype it is 0.22p a minute .. Some time in a month I would not use it at all so the same credit is still would be in my account .. To have pay a fee every month is a rip off .

Unclear how to sign up. I saw advertisements for 4 dollars per month. Then I try and sign up it's 15 or 18 dollars. I don't have a business. Where is the 4 dollar plan? Is than an Application I need to get from google play? I would like to sign up using my android phone.

They go on about a monthly payment of $5 per month on their advertisements, which is a good option to try the service out. However, when you go on the website to sign up, you choose a number and then it takes you to the billing page which is only the yearly option. Nowhere to be seen as an option is a monthly payment. Really ridiculous and makes me wonder how reliable and honest they are if they can't even get this aspect right!

Advertising is very misleading. Says like Skype. Anything but. No international outbound calling! Says 30 days money-back guarantee but refuses to honor. Long response times. SCAM

I subscribed to the Phone2 service, my credit card was charged and my account enabled. They later charged me 35.00 dollars to port my Skype number and before 15 minutes were over, they closed my account and locked me out. I attempted E-mails and phone calls to their scam number in Nevada (which they never answer). None of my 12 emails were answered. These company is shady. They never refunded my money either. I contacted the FCC and all they could do was to informed them of my complaint but clearly stated that this was an issue between me ant PHONE2. A total ripoff. Stear clear from Phone2. This is maybe like an India company or organized scam. I had to get 1-VOIP, which is an excellent company and they ported my number and saved me from all of my multi form authentication SMSs not working and blocking me from bank accounts and other sites. PHONE2 is a RIPOFF. BEWARE!!!

This company is a complete scam. Customer service. They don't keep any of their promises. I have asked for a refund half a dozen times since I purchased the 'lifetime' subscription. I have been given lame excuses. What a waste of money. Terrible customer service. Please don't throw your money away like I did. Don't buy it, don't bother.

Where do I even start. I have been using various phone platforms for 8 years now and was sold on Phone2.io with their offer for a 1 time payment for a business line. After opening my account, paying the $129.00 as well as numerous other fees for our 3 business lines, I found out very quickly that this platform not only DID NOT WORK at all, that the customer support was also non-existent. Calls would drop after 3 minutes, they did nothing to assist with SMS registration which we waited for 2 months for and still never recieved and the platform as a whole was extremely glitchy. Save yourself the money and hassle and go elsewhere.

The app does not work. I also notified the state and federal authorities about this company being a scam. Their employees are all outside the US and are using a US company to scam. I told them on numerous occasions that their app does not work. They finally accepted it does not work, and they still refused to refund! In any case I gave all the information to authorities including all their LinkedIn profile information. I urge anyone scammed to do the same so the authorities can put an end to this scam site. If I could attach documents I would also show the emails sent back and forth. Do yourself a favor DO NOT USE them unless you want to get scammed!
