Customer service has been timely and helpful! Wells Fargo HAS accepted this number (as I am located internationally), and that was my main reason for using Phone2. It seems this site is especially targeting businesses, but I do not have a business, so it has been a bit difficult to navigate (I am just a person wanting a US phone number and not very internet saavy). They do seem to be trying to be customer friendly and are trying to upgrade their services.. Thank you .

Even though I don’t find the app to be the most user-friendly, it has solved my need to be able to receive text messages for my bank accounts.

I live in Ecuador and I need a phone number to call the U.S. I also need to receive sms texts from my credit card company to verify my account.

An excellent solution to receive 2FA codes outside the US. Works perfectly every time! The only solution I have found that does this so well. However, calls are many times dropped when using their app on my cell phone. But it seems to work fine when using the portal on a web browser on my computer.

It works perfectly for SMS delivery from the USA to S. Africa, i.e. authorization code. Voice quality is not as good as SKYPE, but it works sufficiently. Calls seem to be limited. Often when I phone the States, I am put on hold for a long time, leaving me little time to actually speak to a human being for assistance. The number I have in the USA is not allowed for my bank to phone me on that number. However, they can send SMS.

I was able to port my skype number. It is good at receiving OTP from banks, credit cards, and companies.

Had a good experience after a a slow start in the initial contact. the contact person Alexander was very helpful good my service back.
