Total Scam!
Scam!! Does not work for 2Fa at Bank Of America, Chase or Capital One as advertised. They claim to be different than VOIP to get you to buy in but their own site says : Does Phone2 Require an Internet Connection? Short Answer: Yes, Phone2 requires an internet connection to function. Long Answer: Phone2 is powered by VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology, which means it transmits calls and messages over the internet instead of relying on traditional phone carriers. As a result, an active internet connection—either through Wi-Fi or mobile data—is essential to use Phone2. MY SHORT ANSWER!! BANKS WILL NOT RECOGNIZE A VOIP OR WIFI BASED NUMBER FOR 2FA. PHONE2 IS BEING VERY SILENT ABOUT HELPING ME GET A REFUND!! PURE SCAM!!

Hi George, I’m so sorry for the frustration here. I promise this isn’t a scam, and we absolutely want to make it right. Phone2 numbers are not typical VoIP. They’re issued on an IoT wireless backbone, which is why most banks like Chase, Wells Fargo, and CapitalOne accept them for 2FA. We’ve helped thousands of users abroad stay connected to their banks. That said, some banks can be inconsistent — and in rare cases, it can take 24–48 hours after setup for your new number to fully propagate across carriers (we don't issue burner numbers, only new ones). Please email us your username to [email protected] so we can look up your number class and issue a refund if needed — no hassle at all. We’re here to help and want you to feel good about how this ends. ~ Phone2 Support Team
