Really easy to set up and access my account.

I don´t use Phone 2 that often but when I do I sometimes make long calls and practically never disconnected, this was a quite bothersome problem with Skype.

Phone2 is a great value and the call quality is very good. I bought a lifetime subscription to replace Skype. I researched every alternative and found Phone2 was the only one that met my needs as a person living in Southeast Asia who frequently needs to call the USA. The Web interface is not as streamlined as Skype was but once you understand it, it works fine.

The customer service was great figuring out my problem (that I created). They responded quickly and politely.
