I am very happy with this service and the customer support that I have received. When I send an email to support, I have a response within a few hours and sometimes a few minutes. They are very responsive. The phone service is reliable and the price is great. Glad I found them.

I have been looking for a way to finally ditch my 888 number without having to get a second phone. Google Voice doesn't provide local numbers for my location, so that prevented me from using them long ago. I saw Phone2 online and it looked like a good deal, easy to use, and definitely worth a try! I am SO glad I did. Customer service was wonderful at helping me get everything set up. Although the number for my area had to be manually added, they first helped me get everything set up with a holder number (it was Friday evening), and on Monday, as promised, we chatted and they helped me select a local number. I had a couple of other questions/troubleshooting items as I was getting the app set up on my phone, and customer support was spectacular for helping me get things sorted. I don't do a ton of phone calls any more for my business in general (I've moved primarily to Zoom), but it's nice to have a number that my customers can call or text on that's not my personal line. I also love that I can use it both on my phone or laptop. The quality of calls is not as good as my regular line (it is over the internet, after all), but it's fine! Overall, I am impressed and pleased. My 888 number (after 10 years) has been cancelled and I am thrilled. I highly recommend iPhone2 to anyone who needs that second business number who doesn't want to get a second phone. :)

So far it works as advertised and the price cannot be beat. Customer support is responsive and I am looking forward to the new updates coming out.

Excellent Service and Customer Support I am truly satisfied with Phone2. I have tried various calling platforms, but none compare to this one. The phone calls are clear, and the text messages are quick. Additionally, the customer service has been excellent; they are always ready to help and resolve any issues. The flexibility of the service is impressive, and both the web and mobile apps are easy to use and work perfectly. Phone2 was one of the best investments I have made! It is simple to use and their support is second to none!! They are continually improving their product. I could not be happier with their product and their response to questions. Highly recommend and if you are not using Phone2 for your business then you are overpaying!!!

I purchased 2 lines for $129 one-time pricing during a special sale. I am always skeptical, but at $129 unlimited line, wouldn't be too much of a loss, so I committed, and in the beginning, the 702 number I chose was a Pahrump number, but I needed a Las Vegas number, so sent a ticket, and the customer service was very responsive. It took a little to sort out the prefixes that would eventually give me the Las Vegas number and I changed to a 949 number for my California business, so it was worked out for me to scale for my 4 man team and beyond. I could've gotten the $99 one but it is not unlimited and I got get a CRM link which the $129 did. Just have one more request that is in the works. I highly recommend using this company. Uptime has been great, and I have not been without the lines. For now, I am using this service as a 2nd line for business kind of a soft sipline if you may. When I get my SIP credentials, I will get it on my Cisco phone and we'll see how that works, but all in all I recommend it. I believe the sale may be over for now, but if they have another sale and you need a business line that can be accessed by app, you need it!

Their product and support are top-notch for the price they charge. I got a lifetime deal with them, and their support team was very involved in getting everything working for me and porting my number over. Their VoIP solution is an excellent tool for any small business. I'm so glad I can answer my business phone on any of my devices now!
