A breeze for my clients. It's the only phone system I've come across where I can send PDFs. I'm a CPA with 4 other bookkeepers alongside me. So between now and the end tax season, I'm saving myself tons of time avoiding email, while staying compliant and communicating with my clients by sending docs directly over MMS. Nice! Will get more local numbers. Recommend!

Fantastic! I've onboarded our Austin, Houston and Dallas offices all on the same phone system! Such a relief - we had 4 different phone systems, and finally we were able to port all VoIP numbers into one. Works great so far. Waiting for the auto-reply feature next week!

It's been off to a great start with Phone2. It's a good tool for my company's CX team, who at times needs to collaborate with a single client, so having a shared phone number streamlines this. In these past 2 months, I see noticeable improvements in servicing accounts, with a team-based phone system.

Phone2 has fixed the issues with their platform and those impacting my account. Therefore, I am changing this review to 5-Star. I would highly recommend they do better at customer service, but am so far happy with the resolution provided.

In the last three weeks, I’ve noticed updates rolling out a few times a week, which is super reassuring. It’s calming to see they’re constantly improving the platform—I’m confident I made the right choice. Each time I log in, I find something new, unlike my last provider, which felt like an outdated dinosaur. Phone2 is 5 stars in my book!

Recently, I ported in a third number, and while it did take four days, it arrived without any issues. Another standout feature is the ability to text and make calls directly from a web browser. This is something you don’t typically see in apps offering second or small business phone numbers—it feels more like an enterprise-level feature. Overall, Phone2 is a practical and cost-effective solution. The app gets updated frequently, and they’ve promised business-hours-based call forwarding soon, so we’ll see how that works out.
