Being able to rate Phone2 on TrustPilot is a pleasure; I rely on that website to inform me which sites do what they claim to do, and also which sites provide great customer service and value. Phone2 does both, and has solved the problem of 2-factor security when I am away from my usual home or work environment. There are no problems getting the codes I need to proceed with my shopping, streaming or other transactions. Thank you!

As an American expat living permantly overseas, I had to have a way for my friends, family, banks to contact me through a domestic phone number. I was a content Skype customer for years, but once they decided to close it down, I had to find a replacement. After some hit and misses with other services, Phone2 was brought to my attention. The most important thing that I needed was a domestic phone number and Phone2 gave me that at a reasonable cost per year. Once I signed up, I stress tested the service and it performed exceptionally well, even better than Skype. With Phone2 I was able to choose my own phone number from a list. I chose the state and area code of my main banking institution, which was a huge source of comfort for me. As the service currently is, I plan on being a life long customer of Phone2.

The Phone2.io agents did not give up figuring out why my Skype number wouldn't port. I gave up, but they didn't, and I am very impressed. Stellar.

I have had a couple of international calls and everything went smoothly. The support and checking if I need help has been excellent. I will call my credit card company to try to setup 2FA verification, the card company agreed to try to work with this arrangement.

I just began using Phone2 1 month ago, after researching over a dozen different options (because Skype shut down and I still needed to call the US from Europe). So far, it's doing everything just as I hoped it would, including getting the confirmation codes from banks, etc. But, what I didn't expect, was the Customer Service. Every time I have had a question or needed something, they have been quick, thorough, and seriously amazing. Right from the start. So I just switched today from the monthly plan to annual plan. I couldn't be happier. Thanks everyone!

I am happy now I was able to get Bank of America security codes and open a Paypal account here in Thailand which I couldn't do with Skype as they had VOIP numbers. Thank you.

It was easy to set up and lots of support with the AI bot for my questions. I'm an expat. It offered what I needed (except for outgoing texts, but I don't really need that anyway.) I was able to receive 2 step verification from my credit union, which was the most important. Calls and texts did come in from the US. Great price for what is offered.

Product works as advertised, I am able to now receive txt msgs with pins from my bank and from government organizations with ease. No complaints here about the company or the products.
