Pretty useful for the deal and since skype ended, always good to have an option to call NorthAmerica/ Internationally for potential problems such as travelling confirmation, restaurant booking, car rental. etc

Hi Stanley, Really appreciate you taking the time! We built Phone2 exactly for situations like those — travel hiccups, bookings, and staying reachable abroad without the hassle of Skype. Glad it’s been useful so far! — The Phone2 Team

A VOIP company with a growth opportunity
Phone2 and I had a rocky start with service issues and not having things work properly. The last month or so (the date today being August 5, 2025) I have seen massive improvements in their customer support. I even ported over my home phone service with them. I want them to stay on track. If things at any point should change, I will come back and update my review.
Response from Phone2Aug 6, 2025
Hi Corey, we really appreciate your patience while we upgraded the system. Last week's scheduled maintenance did go a few hours over, and we know that caused frustration. Thanks so much for sticking it out — and we're truly sorry for the hiccup it caused your business. We're working hard every day to keep improving. — The Phone2 Team

Small start-ups should use this service!
We enjoy the ease of being able to retrieve our call log and text codes via the APP. We also have not had any issues or downtime with the service and truly enjoy the value it brings by letting us focus on growing our business, rather than overly expensive plans from other carriers in this critical phase.
