Very good comfy

I ordered a chain from Pholoh to Europe (Poland) and honestly I was pretty skeptical at first. Tracking stopped updating at one point so I emailed their support. They replied instantly and the package arrived super fast right after that. (they even offered a full refund for the delay) (that's wild because the wait was not even long at all) The chain itself is top tier. It has some solid weight to it giving it a premium feel, instead of that basic shiny silver it has this gorgeous dark silver tone. My only issue was the pendant itself. It's completely concave on the back and literally none of the pictures on the site showed that. I just took the pendant off and the chain alone is totally worth it. The links are super solid with no flimsy parts that feel like they would snap. I highly recommend buying from them even if you are ordering from the other side of the world.

Very easy process buying and getting it delivered. Very nice quality doesn’t feel different after many washes. Lots of compliments when i go out.

The clothes came in pretty quick, I love the set it’s really great material and quality. There was a tiny stain on it and when I emailed Pholoh about it they immediately got back to me to offer a refund. Plus I got a free shirt with my set and who doesn’t love free stuff.
