Spent over $300 they never sent out the clothes only made shipment labels to trick refund systems to make sure you’re unable to get a refund they are a SCAM!!! Do not order only buy 1 item or else they will scam you

The company sends out promotions then scams the buyer. Customer service will give you run around for months. Then they send out free clothing to people who will write a review. Even trust pilot is getting scammed.

Extremely disappointed. It took over a month for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, I only received 1 out of the 5 items I paid for. There was no explanation in the package, and customer service has been slow and unhelpful so far. Waiting that long just to get an incomplete order is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this brand again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

I had to wait nearly two months to receive the clothes I paid 300 dollars for. When the package finally came I only received 2 out of the 6 pieces of clothes I ordered. Terrible customer service, blamed me for not receiving the clothes, and denied me a refund. They do not do refunds at all even though they clearly state that they do on their website. Horrible, horrible place to buy from. Would never recommend to anybody.

I ordered the AOT set December 2nd and it’s still not here. I don’t know if I got scammed or what but all I know is I think I got scammed and 140$ is down the drain

Disappointed - I purchased several items for my son for Christmas on November 29. Got the message that it was "on the way" on Dec 11. It is now Dec 22 and UPS still says "label created". I reached out to the company because these are Christmas presents for my son and they're not cheap. The response to my query was we're behind and I'm not the one who packages the orders so sorry can't really help you?? No info, the person, Diego, clearly didn't even check on my order to see what the hold up was or if it was going to move? Super disappointed.
