Hi G. Anderson, I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to write this—it truly means a lot. Hearing that Hydra changed your perspective on rinseless washes is exactly what we were hoping to accomplish with that product. There’s a lot out there, and breaking through that “not impressed” barrier is no small thing, so that really hits home. I also appreciate you calling out the packaging and overall experience. We put a lot of effort into making sure everything shows up the way it should, so it’s great to hear that didn’t go unnoticed. But most of all—“this is now my go-to”… that’s the part that matters. That’s what we’re working for. Thank you again for your continued support over the years. It doesn’t go unappreciated. – Aaron Phoenix E.O.D. Aspire to Evolve

Hi Mark, Thank you for the great review—I really appreciate you taking the time to share that. I’m glad to hear Titan has become your go-to. That balance of gloss, slickness, and durability is exactly what we set out to achieve with it, so it’s great to see that translating in the real world. Also appreciate you mentioning the delivery and support side—that part matters just as much to us. Thanks again for the support! – Aaron Phoenix E.O.D. Aspire to Evolve

Hi Michelle, I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to share this—it truly means a lot. I’m really glad to hear the Jeep held up through the winter and still came back to life when you finally got a chance to wash it. That’s exactly what we aim for—real protection that shows up when it matters. And more importantly, I hope your Dad is doing well. From one family that deeply respects our Veterans to another—thank you for that. That part of your message really hit home. We’re honored to have you making the switch to Phoenix, and if you ever need anything or have questions along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for your support. – Aaron Phoenix E.O.D. Aspire to Evolve

Hi Bri, That’s awesome to hear—thank you! The Monster Bundle is meant to be exactly that kind of introduction, so hearing it led to stepping up to gallons the following week is the best feedback we could ask for.
