Website & fulfillment need much improvement
First, let me say that I love the fragrances & most of the products I've bought from Phlur. Thank goodness, because otherwise they could - and deserve to fade off into oblivion. From my initial purchase, including joining their membership program for additional perks, and through several additional purchases, their turnaround is ridiculously slow. I think they may actually employ a troop of sloths to fill orders from their zoo enclosure. All orders take at least 4 days before packing & shipping even begin& 2 more days to hand over to DHL or other carrier. You're nearly a week in & NOTHING is happening yet. Fortunately, once the professional package handlers have it, itll be another 4 - 5 days (if you're across the country on the West Coast, like me, but at least it's moving. Phlur needs to add a long-limbed orangutan or overactive cappuchin monkey to speed up their fulfillment system, and maybe hire a high school web designer to improve the ultra-secret member portal. It isn't a speakeasy & we aren't in perfume prohibition, so their "IYKYK" access feature is stupid.
