Phlur shipped with UniUni and my package was on the delivery truck for 5 days. Phlur provided no help and then offered a discount on a future order, nothing on the order I'd just waited a week for. I will not be ordering from them again

I ordered for the first time directly from PHLUR to get a bottle of Peach Skin before it is fully out of stock. I also ordered another travel of Father Figure as my current travel had just gone bone dry. My package was to be delivered by Uni Uni delivery service. This delivery company reported delivery of my items on August 21st. When I got the email saying delivered, I went to grab my package and it was not there. I looked at the details of the order and the pictures in the delivery confirmation were not of my house! I went directly to Uni Uni for support and they give you nothing, and redirect you to PHLUR customer service. Turns out PHLUR customer support does nothing either but ask if I looked around my door, on my roof or in my garden or at my neighbors house. Ridiculous! Using the coordinates in the photo, I can see my package was delivered over .5 mile away from my home. I told them that and they asked me to wait 7 days to see if the package will be delivered to my home. Does that make any sense? It is now one week later and the PHLUR team has still not resolved an issue for product I paid for and expected to be delivered professionally. I will never order direct from PHLUR again - they can get their piece of the pie via Sephora.

First, let me say that I love the fragrances & most of the products I've bought from Phlur. Thank goodness, because otherwise they could - and deserve to fade off into oblivion. From my initial purchase, including joining their membership program for additional perks, and through several additional purchases, their turnaround is ridiculously slow. I think they may actually employ a troop of sloths to fill orders from their zoo enclosure. All orders take at least 4 days before packing & shipping even begin& 2 more days to hand over to DHL or other carrier. You're nearly a week in & NOTHING is happening yet. Fortunately, once the professional package handlers have it, itll be another 4 - 5 days (if you're across the country on the West Coast, like me, but at least it's moving. Phlur needs to add a long-limbed orangutan or overactive cappuchin monkey to speed up their fulfillment system, and maybe hire a high school web designer to improve the ultra-secret member portal. It isn't a speakeasy & we aren't in perfume prohibition, so their "IYKYK" access feature is stupid.

Scents were nothing like described. All smell very strongly of rubbing alcohol. Very unpleasant and disappointing, especially for the price.

This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order on December 1, and the first package arrived with a broken bottle—clear evidence of careless packaging and a complete lack of quality control. The replacement didn’t arrive until December 22, nearly a full month later. What’s even more unacceptable is how customer service handled the situation. They refused to take responsibility for either the damage or the delay and instead attempted to shift the blame onto a third-party delivery company. That is not my responsibility. I paid PHLUR, not the courier. Any shipping or delivery issues fall squarely on the company that sold and shipped the product—no excuses. For a brand that markets itself as “premium,” this level of service is embarrassing. Slow resolution, zero accountability, and a clear disregard for customers. PHLUR does not stand behind its products or its service. I was forced to select one star only because Trustpilot does not allow submissions without a rating—please disregard it. This company does not deserve any rating at all. I will never buy from PHLUR again and strongly warn others to avoid ordering from them.

I tried one of their newest scents, cashmere vanilla. It smells absolutely horrible, it reminds me of an old grandmother wearing too many kinds of perfume at once with a bit of nursing home smell attached to it. Nothing like how they described. I wanted to exchange or return -they charge seven dollars to do that for a $25 product.

Cheap perfume. Poor customer service. They remind me of Kayali in that they both must be out of Canada. I will make sure that I buy nothing fe them either, just like another company from their called Kayali. Phlur is even cheaper smelling and no quality and a waste of money. It’s NICE to know who you are dealing with so you can avoid at all costs.
