In my situation I was always seeing pictures of other people's social media accounts 3 pictures for delivery gifts the girls I thought I was chatting with weren't in any of the pictures I received I believe they say 7 to 10 days for delivery it happens in my chase maybe 5 hours very obvious they are not the beautiful girl in the profile picture.i had one of the girls actually telling me that she is using filters to feel prettier.BEWARE if you have any doubts act on them because my experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.VERY expensive lesson I had to learn not sure when I began chatting I'm sure it was more than 3 years. Many things I wish I could say here but I'm not allowed. Use caution and be ready to spend time answering all questions from the girls also ive never experienced 3 different women talking almost exactly a like. Started feeling like a electric device is who you are chatting with. Almost always 1 virtual gift will become 3 at the same time USE CAUTION BEST IF YOU WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THE SITE go ahead and join. Make the best of it.

First of all I want to state that this site has many very wonderful women on it. Up to recently they have been very responsive to complaints or problems. Especially my account manager, Casandra. But have had two issues that I have reported numerous times starting August 24 that no one will address. As other people have stated this website requires you to spend 5000 credits talking to one person before you can request an exchange of contact info. I asked if there was a way to track that. I was told there was a drop down menu entitled “Contact Request.” The is no such menu on my account. I reported that on August 24 but have received no response. Much more egregious is the fact that for at least the last 2 1/2 months on occasions I was charged 3 times for one purchase of credits. The site has pop ups that will allow a one time purchase of 40 credits. The first of September I was reviewing my bank account and noted 3 charges for the same amount by Philitalks. I knew I had only made one purchase so I went back through my bank account. In the last 2 1/2 months I found 8 times where I had this same scenario where there were 3 charges for the same amount on the same day. I immediately reported this to the website with copies of the bank statements. I have followed up 3 times since the first of September but no one has responded. The billing department did respond contending they could not have made the charges without my authorization. They did not explain how I could have made 3 separate charges on those days for an offer that only allowed one purchase. They also never showed that I received 120 credits, representing 3 purchases, instead of just 40 for one purchase. I asked for a further explanation but have received none.
