After a slightly bumpy start where my vintage manual-winding watch needed to be wound every 7 hours instead of 24-36 hours, I contacted Phigora and asked them about that. And they admitted that they had not fully checked it out before they sent it to me in time for Christmas. But their customer service after that was EXCELLENT! They kept the watch for two weeks fixing it so that it now keeps perfect time and stays wound for about 36 hours. I love this watch, and I would definitely go to Phigora the next time I'm in the market for a luxury watch.

PHIGORA is the "real deal" for fine watches and reliability in my book. The attention Mike gave to me and following through without being intrusive via phone and email was perfect. I am a critical customer and wanted a Cartier pasha in MINT condition. It is! The watch was everything he said it was. I'm a fan. Congratulations Phigora. Awesome Watch purchase Thanks

I had an issue with a watch that was buying for my wife. By no fault of theirs, the watch had an issue. Once I notified Phigora, the problem went away. And to make the concern even less, they traded me up to a more expensive watch. All good, happy wife and I would deal with them again.

Mike was very helpful. When I first received my order I realized I had purchased the wrong watch. It was only 4 days until Christmas and this was a gift so I panicked. Mike handled everything very easily and not only that he shipped me the watch I meant to order the very next day, probably before he even had the chance to receive the other watch back. I Will definitely use them again!
