False Promises
I am sharing my personal experience with PhDIzone so that other people approaching this company can decide before engaging with them. I approached them in September 2024 with an expected timeline of 8–10 months(Timeline given by phdizone) for paper acceptance and publication. However, even by June 2026, my paper was still at the submission stage. The manuscript was revised several times, yet it continued to face rejection, including concerns about the quality of writing. In June 2026, the paper was reworked based on suggestions from Ms. Yamini and Ms. Suja. The technical person was also changed from Mr. Vignesh to Ms. Shalini, and the domain, algorithm and other technical aspects were changed. I was assured that the revised paper would be published by September 2026 and was made to remove the google reviews i posted . Unfortunately, it was rejected again, with concerns about quality and novelty. My concern is not the rejection itself—rejection is part of academic publishing. My concern is the repeated assurances, changing timelines, repeated changes to the research work, and the lack of a satisfactory outcome even after years of engagement. When I posted my concerns through Google Reviews, I was asked to remove them with an assurance that the paper would be accepted by September 2026. That assurance was not fulfilled. This is my genuine experience as a dissatisfied customer. Anyone considering PhD Izone should carefully verify the timeline, technical quality, publication process and track record before making a payment...
