I placed a order and after communicating with this company I felt a trust and reordered before first order arrived. Because I knew this item was on the extinct list. Well I received the first order. But noticed my second order was delayed. After questioning this delay. The item was not available anymore. I requested a refund and it was refunded. I relly want to stay with this company, but items my customers want are not available. I will continue to scan thier site to see if anything arrives that my customers want. The product I received was legit. I think I came upon this site late. I will return. P

excellent customer service. They were on top of tracking my order after they mailed it and were able to notice a problem with the package being delayed/tied up on their end. They informed me and remailed the order, which I received soon after. Just an FYI, given some of the distances involved, it may take longer than they, or you, initial expect.
