My order processing was delayed with very poor communication from the support side. Support didn’t communicate clearly problems with my order. After agreeing on alternative - support agent promised to provide updates next workday but disappeared for a week. I was close to initiating a change back with my bank.

I had made an order and changed my mind. I emailed and asked for it to be removed, then weeks went by and I assumed it was removed. I use to be able to chat with someone online to help me in the past, no one was ever available to chat this time. So I placed my order for what I thought was 2 items, checked out and saw my total. Come to find out I was charged for that order and the previous one. My total went from $130 to $447. Not at all what I could afford. I will be looking for another supplier.

I still have not received my order 17 days after ordering. The email conversation with the support team have been shallow and unhelpful. They just tell me to not worry and please be patient.I have not idea when or if it will arrive.

Hello, Cara All we know that it is delay in Customs not by us. If it is by us then we want to give you deliver in just 2 days. But it is process by USA customs and delayed in flight connectivity. We request you to please wait for sometime. We have raised complaint in post. They will never take long. Sometime package delay and deliver in 23 days but not all the time. Thank you very much 🙏

WARNING. US CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Horrible experience with this pharmacy. I didn't receive my order(still haven't). Extremely poor customer service with very slow responses when my order wasn't showing up. After 6 weeks or so I asked them to refund my money. They responded it was already too late for them to give me my money back. Consider they were fully aware my order hasn't arrived at the 3 week mark. They told me to dispute the transaction with my bank or credit card. Joke of a business.

Hello, Nator Can you provide your order number? We can't find your order with your Name. Sometime we got fake reviews too. It is good to have your order number or email. So that we can at least find your order and if we received email then we never bounce any email. Till today we always give benefit to our customer. The order never showed up. It was blocked at the border and sent back. Still haven't gotten a response from customer support. Would like to understand the issue and to get a refund. Update: may 23rd 2024 I've reached out to customer support 10+ times now over multiple days. No response. No acknowledgement of refund. I officially do not trust this process. Be wary when ordering, they will not respond/support you.
