I had the help of Pharmacy Career Coach and I got a new role that I love! I had a lot of help and benefits from the career coaches. They take the time to do one-on-ones with you. They have so many helpful resources. They helped me with my resume and networking and I was able to adjust my goals and they really catered to my needs everytime. I had a wonderful experience with Laura she is super kind and understanding. I also really loved the follow up and accountability they had. I genuinely believe I could not have achieved the role I got today without the help of the Pharmacy Career Coach. They are such an asset and well worth the investment especially if you find you're too busy with work and dont have endless time to devote into the tedious workload in the job search and networking process. They really help take a lot of the load off and work with you. I always felt supported by them. Working with them is worthwhile and life changing!

I had a positive experience with PCC. My coach Juanita was willing to make herself available when I needed outside of her regular hours. She really cared about my success and encouraged me to keep moving! The initial resume and LinkedIn help was greatly appreciated. I will say, I didn’t quite benefit directly from networking or direct referrals—I ended up being referred by a former coworker to my new position. However, the coaching and assistance I received through PCC prepared me for the application and interview process. I’m not sure I would have made it so far through the hiring process without preparing the way I did with the help of PCC. You also have to be prepared to do a lot of work yourself through the program. They set you up for success, but it’s not a get-hired quick scheme, nor did I expect it to be! Overall, PCC coaching was the spark I needed to get inspired and get out of retail!

I was feeling really burnt out at my previous on-site role and wanted to find a new job as fast as possible, which was stressful in itself. I worked with Pharmacy Career Coach to help me navigate the process, and they were incredibly supportive and provided a wealth of resources throughout my job search. Within four weeks, I received three job offers: one in-person role, one remote role, and one per diem position. I ultimately accepted the remote role and the per diem role. Their résumé and LinkedIn team were especially helpful.
