Can't go back! I ordered my favorite sesame chicken. It had absolutely NO flavor. The place at Park Meadows was packed on a week night.

I purchased carryout . It was grossly salty! It was simply awful!

Food was delicious and prepared as ordered. This review is mostly for the absolute unprofessional service that we received today with Heather (server). We are regular customers, we go to this place at least four to five times a month and have never gotten such a bad treatment from a server. It all started when we ordered water with lemon to drink, her actitud changed right away... I don't think I need to apologized for not wanting drinks or not drinking any soda. Then we put our order and everything was fine (we had a free entree because the rewards program). Everything was fine, food as I said before was delicious... until Heather came while we were eating (IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR MEAL) and demanded to pull the phone and retrieve the cupon code for the free entree. BAD BAD BAD... My husband stopped eating, and gave it to her and told her that it must have been really important to her since she could not wait until we were done eating... her answer was: well, if wanted to have the $14 off the bill... and giggle. Since while being at the restaurant the floor manager never stop by our table we called to the restaurant after we left and spoke with Valery (manager) who said she would get to the bottom of the situation and call us back.

I visited with my mom and brother to go out to eat. My mom has been having a real diffuicult time lately so i thought it would be nice to treat her to lunch with me and my brother. Anyway the food was horrible. The portion size was real small. They even sereved the rice that we all ordered in one bowl. I am very dissapointed in the meal. I actually left the resturant hungry! I have never done that not even at mc donalds and im Not a fat person. They have change the way they serve the food and the portions. Let me tell you i dont get paid for this i dont get anything out of lying. I would go anyware else but there i literally couldve have thrown my money away and would have been more satisified. And the really crushing thing is that it was for my mom. I surprised her with goimg out to eat and the food was terrible. Please if you value your money DO NOT EAT HERE.

We recently ate at PF Changs and were SO disappointed. First, I ordered tea no problem - my husband ordered a rum and coke. We ordered the pre-fixe for two meal and were thru our soup and appetizer before the drink arrived and only after several inquiries and 20 minutes. Then we waited for our food, and waited, and waited. The table next to us (that came in after us) was served and - surprise... - they received our entrees, started dishing them up, realized it wasn't what they ordered and finally the waitress came back and realized her "opps" and promptly deposited the already touched plates onto our table with a 'sorry, we are really busy' and immediately walked away without us having the option to refuse the plates. We looked at each other, and the people at the other table who offered 'we really didn't touch anything but the plates', decided to eat the meal and vowed never to return. At the end of the entree, we were supposed to get the dessert - 15 minutes after clearing our entree plates and the dessert still hadn't arrived. The waitress apologized for the delay, took the cost of the one drink off the bill and we left without ever having seen our dessert. Never again!

I was poisoned and it took me a month to recover. The worst part is that PF Chang never admitted any liability for poisoning me. Their strategy is to outsource any claims to an insurance company , and the whole claim process was a scam with predictable result to tell me "suck it up". At this point I will share my story with the world. Everyone should think twice spending money there risking health .

We ate at PF Changs in Knoxville, TN. The service was bad and the place was not even busy at 2:30 on a Tuesday. The chop sticks I got had a scallion stuck to it. The utensils were wrapped in a napkin and were wet when I unwrapped them. My wife ordered a salad and got a warm plate with old wilted lettuce. It looked like it was leftover from the previous day without refrigeration. The people that came after us got served before we did. When we finally got our meal it was warm at best I was expecting a HOT meal. There are better Chinese restaurants in the area and cheaper. Bad experience overall.

Good restaurant, with delicious food, but overpr4ices sometimes. i think i will come back here, not so often bu still, will come back, because the food and service is great.
