I had a take out order last week and had a great experience. I dealt with the manager Pablo who was very professional him and his staff made sure my order was correct. The takeout process was very simple and I can garentee that I will do takeout at Plainview location again

Food was very good. Bartender excellent, waiter was less than desirable. We were in Honolulu and he asked where we were from, told him Canada, rolled his eyes and said great another country that does not tip. Said this in front of 14 of us. News flash Canadians are tippers. We did tip but only because we hoped tips are shared with kitchen staff. Never again PF Changs.

The Service in Wichita, KS was so bad tonight that we just walked out. The Manager sat us after making us wait for them to “ clean a table “ when there were about 10 clean empty tables. The restaurant reeked of burned food and burned grease. We were referred to order on an online menu and no one ever came to wait on us. The manager was behind the bar talking to one of the few employees. He literally watched us walk out and said nothing. What a sad sate of affairs. Avoid this place at all costs. It needs to fold.

I got orange chicken and my boyfriend got the honey shrimp. The chicken flavor was good but i found it had too much batter on it, my boyfriend liked the shrimp but I didn’t care for the honey. It was alright definitely had better.

The food was delicious and service was AMAZING!!! Our server, Bella, was very attentive and very n point. She was very knowledgeable about the menu items and very helpful with food selections. Her type of customer service is rare. Being in management, I really appreciated her service and look forward to going back for great service and great food

I took my son to lunch for his birthday the service was horrible the food is mediocre and the price was horrendous $109 for lunch I will never be going back

Jesus! Can we scrape the bottom of the barrel any deeper and place them as hostess. Unprofessional, rude, and out right shameful. Talking to customers like shes doing favor and that you're putting her out because you simply entered and attempted to grab a seat in the bar area because the dining had an obvious wait. The hospitality/service industry clearly took the biggest with all the problems swirling. Dammit, i really like PF’s
