Went on Sat and had Cameron as our server. He was very attentive to our table, he even made suggestions when we were unsure what to order. He made the salmon sound very delicious. We deffently will be back.

P.F. Chang's is a gem - amazing food, super cozy atmosphere, and the staff are like foodie friends you never knew you had!

Just celebrated 69th birthday 🎂 with a good friend. They are a favorite place to go eat and always excellent food and friendly people. We had the best gluten free 🍨 dessert and the manager came out with a celebratory fiery 🕯 candle. Good time and highly recommend.

Great food and prices Until you Order for Delivery..... SuCKS I try my order 4 TIMES and will Not Allow me to order because PASSWORD is wrong but No Communication on Changing it for 25 MINUTES !!! Called pfchang and told "we could've Taken your order over the phone when you called 1st time today with Melissa".... 🤕😔😐😞😕Never Mind so frustrated and Mad cause a freaking PASSWORD 😠😠😠🔑🔑🔑 wanted sushi ribs dumplings now...... chicken 🍗🐔🍗🐔🍗 FIX IT PLEASE CHANG ASAP !!! signed: disgusted and hungry 😏

When we mentioned we had gluten, nut and shellfish allergies our server Makayla told us that the restaurant takes those allergies seriously and she printed out an ingredients list so that we could feel safe and enjoy our visit/ She further went on to explain what safety measures would be taken and expressed that she was pleased to help/ This very kind server then spoke to her manager ,Eric to make sure everything was correct and he also came to assure us of the safety procedures and let us know it wasn't a bother at all/ Our meal was delicious and we are definitely coming back to the Akron Summit Mall pf chang's/ We had a wonderful experience there and often for persons with celiacs the concern of gluten contamination out weighs going out to a restaurant but we feel very safe with the Akron Summit Mall Pf chang's

Seated promptly. Our server noticed it was just me & my elderly mother. She made suggestion for the lunch bowls which was spot on. My dish came with chicken instead of shrimp. I told her it was ok but she brought me the same dish with shrimp to go on the house. That’s great customer service. Such a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back. Also our food could not have been better! This was at the Knoxville location.

When I went want to PF Changs I was astonished by how the food was delicious. And my server Briana Chaney was by far one of the best servers in the entire restaurant.
