I'm giving it too because the lady that interacted with me she was a sweet person I don't give it five stars because I felt like it was a waste of money and time I wanted to see what was wrong with my dog all she can tell me was my dog love me very much and he's been patient with her I know my dog loves me I wanted to know why he was depressed and what he was sad and why he wasn't eating and I needed to hear that from her what was going on but I didn't get any of the answers that I wanted or was looking for I barely got any answers just that my dog loves me

Hi Latoya, Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we’re sorry the session didn’t give you the clarity you were hoping for, especially with your dog not eating and seeming down. That's stressful, and wanting concrete answers is completely understandable. Animal communicators work intuitively and can't diagnose medical or behavioral conditions or replace a vet. We're sorry it felt like your questions about what was going on weren’t really addressed; that’s not the experience we want for pet parents. We’re going to follow up with you directly. Disappointed! and very sad!
When I made my appointment with PetWorks unfortunately, they assigned me to Dr. Richtermyer. In my option Dr. Richtermyer does not have the knowledge as her colleagues. My kitten had upper respiratory issues which included the eyes. I was going there from December 21, 2023 - February 15, 2024 and All Dr. Richtermyer wanted to focus on was the eyes not the whole picture. Unfortunately, Dr. Richtermyer's colleagues did not want to get involved and basically did not want to treatment my kitten anymore. If they would have focused on the whole picture, my kitten my still be alive. Meiko passed on 3/12/2024. I will NEVER go to PETWORKS AGAIN!
