The dogs love it! Pet Treater is so much fun for humans and pups! Both are treated to great gifts in the monthly boxes. Treats sourced only from Canada and U.S. One note: watch your account. This is an automatically renewing account and if you do not cancel prior to being billed for the next year, you are unable to get a refund.

Jody, Thanks for the positive review!

Would give them 5 stars if I could just get a way to track my package each month. Sometimes it varies so much that I end up emailing them to make sure it's coming. The boxes themselves are amazing and so fun opening them every month with our furbaby.

HI Shelby! Thanks for the feedback! Are you receiving the emails with the tracking information that we send to each person every month? If not, please check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, please email me directly at [email protected], and we will get this figured out!

Good products, good value. Letters used to be personalised (I understand growth can be hard to manage). I'm hesitant to give a 5 star because there's nothing significantly special about this company that would make me recommend it to anyone. That said if you want to save yourself a trip to the pet store once a month it's not a bad deal.

HI Cody and Terry! Yes, growth is good, but it is also great to hear how much you liked the personalized letter. Thanks for the feedback. We are definitely happy we can provide convenience in addition to the money savings on items. Glad to have you as part of the Pet Treater Pack!

I usually don't have problems with Pet Treater and love the surprise in each box..., but last month was probably my worst experience because everything was either broken, open or torn. 😞
Response from Pet TreaterJul 6, 2017
Caesar, I am so sorry to hear that. If you have not already, please reach out to our support at [email protected] and we will most certainly get you unbroken and unopened items to replace those. We want your experience to be nothing but GREAT!
Larraine
Pet treater started out great but the past few months boxes haven't been up to par. Will give it a couple more months. Hopefully it goes back to 5 stars

Our dogs get so excited when they see me bring in the Pettreater box. The toys are always a big hit. The treats are usually a hit as well. The extra for the human can be a bit of a hit or miss, but I would definitely recommend the subscription box to anyone looking for something for their dog

Thank you so much for the recommendation. We appreciate you!

some of the boxes were quite small and then others nice size so sometimes I felt it was not worth the money but very fun to receive them!
Response from Pet TreaterJul 5, 2017
Hi Rhoda, thanks for the feedback! We work hard to include high quality items that make for a high value box that saves you money. And we love that this is a fun experience for you and your pup! That is definitely one of our goals as a company.
