I am very disappointed to see you selling a shock collar device. This is not how you treat or train a family member. Please do your real behavior research on what shocking an animal really does- put humane treatment before profit. There is a reason why countries have BANNED these products. This is circulating in many animal groups- I would get ahead of the fallout and take this product down. Thank you for hopefully doing the necessary research

4/12 update IT WAS NOT AFTER HOURS. IT WAS NOT PROFESSIONALLY HANDLED. NO, you are wrong, I am not satisfied, no manager tried to resolve any issue, no owner contacted me like I asked, I have yet to be refunded, I have reached out to this awful company and my bank and thought about going to the media due to the awful taste left in my mouth. This company cares nothing about the customer/consumer and I am supposed to leisurely use them and trust you to supply to my DOG? What a joke. Apparently customer service is nonexistent in this company. AND when you ask for a manager, someone else, that isnt possible. KIND of in-genuine. Looking to make customers, and spatting on people. Truly do not go hand in hand. Well I have done a number of research. This owner is bits and pieces of lots of companies. The in house 2 employees that I interacted with were extremely disrespectful. Supposedly trying to compete with barkbox? No one even wanted to try to make me happy. That is how businesses fail.

Complete waste of money! Products are not useful. One very cheaply made dog toy, crumbled dog treats, and some of the items in the box weren’t even for dogs! Less products than promised on website. Customer service horrible. Unwilling to send replacements or return the box for a refund. Stay away!

Awful service. I've had all the problems that everyone has posted about here as well! I also recieved two packages (1 from the month before arriving a month later and the 2 arrived for that month) that were the same! They then told me as a courtesy I can return it as my own charge! Absurd! I'm much happier using pupbox. Always on time and reliable!

Absolutely terrible. I get charged on the 7 if each month and I’m “not allowed” to cancel my subscription until there is tracking for my shipment once it’s sent. I got charged January 7th, and I have been constantly waiting so that I may cancel the subscription. It is February 2nd, I still have no received my package and have not been able to cancel my account. I’m so nervous that I’m going to be charged again this coming 7th for a subscription I no longer want and can’t afford. It’s like a hostage situation now. Don’t buy because they don’t answer ANY emails (I’ve sent 3 throughout January and none have been responded to) and no one answers the phone. Very disappointing

My subscription renews on the 17th of each month. STILL waiting on my January box 5 weeks later. BUT, they already wanted to charge me for February last week? Needless to say, we cancelled.

I can’t even log into my account to cancel the subscription despite having my password reset 🤔, they did not answer my emails, I have not received my box or any confirmation that it has even been shipped even though my full payment went through Plus they said it would be 3-8 business days I ordered my first box on December 26 NOT COOL

Awful service. They claim you will receive you product within 14 business days. When that did not happen I contacted them to let them know. They apoligized for the delay and told me they would be sending it that week. I immediately told them not to bother to please just cancel the order and refund me. They responded the same day telling me the box had already shipped. When I finally got the box a month later, it was the wrong box. It was for a large dog and I have a small dog. All of the toys and treats are too big to even fit in my dogs mouth. I contacted them and told them about this and they asked for a picture, which I sent. They have not responded. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my bank.
