Pet TreaterReviews of pettreater.com

Pet treater is great! They have a great selection in their boxes. My pups love it! I give it 4 stars due to the fact that they, like most subscription services, force you to call a representative in order to cancel. It should be just as easy to terminate service as it is to start it.

We liked everything that came and were really excited for the squek toy the only reason it was 4 instead of 5 stars was shipping we ordered on 3/7 said it was arriving in 3-8 days and didnt get here until 3/22

I love the pet treater box. There have been some shipping delays that I wish were communicated better in advance but my dog loves the box. These toys and treats are made for his small size which I haven’t been able to find in the other boxes I’ve tried. He always has one thing in the boxes he loves more then the others and this month it’s his new blanket. I love watching him look through the box and get excited every month.

I received my first box last month and it was full of all kinds of goodies for my sweet puppy ❤️ Would definitely recommend!

GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY! My 1.5 year old cat loved her first PetTreater! For only $13, she got 3 small toys, 1 bag of treats, 1 bag of catnip (with a toy inside), a sticker, and - surprisingly her favorite part - a koozie. Her new toys kept her entertained for an hour! I wish the package came in a cardboard box and there were 3 different toys instead of 3 different colored catnip toys, but overall I don't think you can do better for the price! The package came with a flyer about emailing PetTreater a photo of your pet for a chance to win a free toy; I received a personal response within 2 hours and a free toy. The customer service is incredible! Will buy again!

I definitely recommend this! My dog loves everything he got! I didn't realize by buying three boxes that they would all be the same, but my dog seems very happy with what he got!

I found pet treater on a website with a $5 off coupon. I have never tried a pet subscription box but with $25 for both a cat and dog box I had to try it. I wish they had the option to choose just a month without having to cancel a subscription every time. The cat one I got 4 items and my cats are picky but they loved the wind up snail. For the dog box it was bigger than my dog and they hooked it up I was very impressed. It had everything that she needed and more. I was glad they put a bone that she can chew that flosses her teeth. So much cool stuff. I would probably order the dog one again if they had a month at a time as an option.

My frenchie Nala loves her box every months. I've emailed to see if they can send hard toys however instead of soft toys, and this month I did receive 3 soft toys, which is the reason for my 4 star rating. She destroys soft toys in one day, so unfortunately this month 50% of the box was useless :( hopefully they can make changes with future boxes. Treats are always great.
