I signed up for a monthly box and also added a donation to a program for Veterinary Services for those not able to pay. I was never sent a package shipping number but I was contacted when they attempted to charge my debit card, again for another box. It has been 16 days and I am still waiting on my first box.I contacted the company about not receiving my first box, I was referred back to the website's FAQ. I have canceled my account and will be requesting a refund. I cannot and will not recommend this company. Terrible experience.

Well, Day 20 and parcel arrived by USPS Parcel Select. This has to be the equivalent of Media Snail Mail. No clue on the cost of this gift but contents may cost $10. Word of caution, do not give a kitten or cat a toy that items can be pulled from causing a choke hazzard. A much needed update on communication, notification of shipping and tracking may be a good idea on your part. I have no clue now on when my next parcel ships.

I orders on the 4th of January and still have not received anything they have the worst customer service. They said they couldn’t refund me, I stupidly paid for 3 months in advance. It’s been 20 days and I have not gotten anything these people are the worst

I've only gotten 2 boxes from pet treater, the first of which id to ask where it was after paying for it and not seeing it or hearing anything about it from anyone at pet treater for quite some time. I paid $25 for 5-8 piece box, I kept only 2 things from the first box and gave the rest to my neighbors for their adult male black lab because they were much more suited in size for him. I even gave them the bags of treats and too big a bone that was sent for my 10 pound senior female chorkie that pet treater knows all this info on my dog about. The second box I was only able to keep one toy even though it's the size of my dog, it's plush enough I hope that she can and will play with it. I'm essentially paying $25 a month for 1 possible item for this box of 5-8 items. I again wound up having to give every other item to my neighbors for their large dog because that's the dog size items I got are intended for. Yay for my neighbors and their dog. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PET TREATER, PERIOD! I WILL BE CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION!

I am a new customer to petreater. My welcome box came in time and was satisfactory. I am still waiting to get my first month subscription box. 31 days and counting. After contacting the support team, I was given a prompt reply that my box would be sent priority shipping right away and a confirmation email will be sent when shipped. That was 4 days ago. When I contacted them again, I was given another excuse and another promise. CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL!

I wish I could give zero stars. The welcome box included the same toys in the 2nd subscription box. One of the toys in the welcome box I emailed them about WITH photos minutes after receiving it, my dog chewed it to bits and swallowed the pieces. I told them it probably wasn’t a good toy to send out..well, guess what? It came AGAIN in the second box I received. I emailed them AGAIN asking why they would send the same toy after I complained the first time? They said the first box is a ‘welcome’ box which contains popular toys. The second box usually contains the same toys..ummmm then why would I pay for 3 boxes when 2 have the same toys??? No replacement or refund offered. I canceled immediately.

They will "send" you a package with out really sending it. They are spam buyers watch out!

I subscribed to Pet Treater for at least 6 months. My puppy loved the items. With Covid, shipping could take a bit, but that was expected and understandable. In October, one of my boxes never made it to me. USPS lost the box and marked the delivery to a pickup box (which I don’t have). After dealing with USPS multiple times at the local office, they told me there was nothing they could do about locating the item and to reach out to the vendor. I emailed Pet Treater Customer Service with full details and even a screenshot USPS tracking. Short story: the agent straight up said that if packages get lost it’s not the company’s fault and they won’t replace/refund an item lost by their carrier choice. I made a claim with my bank but it ended up reversed. I wouldn’t subscribe since USPS won’t take responsibility for lost packages and the company won’t work with you to find a solution to keep your business. You just end up having to request to unsubscribe and losing $25.
