I have been purchasing tags, collars and leashes from your company for well over a decade. One of my recent purchases (my last order), I ordered an orange collar for my male pitbull as PICTURED on your website. I received a hot pink, red, orange thing instead, completely different from the picture on your website. I phoned your company and spoke to Lance about this. He said that this is bright orange and it is what I ordered; that i had to pay to return it and they would look at the color (I guess my color knowledge is not good enough for them although I had previously worked at DuPont as a color matching specialist due to my keen eye in color variations). This is insulting. I am not going to waste my time and money returning this horrid color (which I am sure is what he is counting on); but I will NEVER order from your company again. I will purchase from the competitor from now on for my three dogs (and all of my pets). Thanks for the insult and waste of time and money.

They have quality pet tags and they hire great people with disabilities win win situation if you ask me more companies should conduct themselves this way!

I've been ordering stainless steel bone engraved tags from Pettags for many years. They look good for years, and the need for new ones have always been due to change of information. It's great to have engraving on both sides of the tag. Plus, super-fast delivery.

They always get the pet tags done quickly, and they ensure that it is done correctly and if it is not, they fix it quickly. I have only had one order ever though that required fixing; they are usually very accurate, and the tags are durable.

Ordered an ID tag for my lab. It's a nice size to fit all pertinent information, good quality. Received quickly too.

I have purchased a lot of tags over the years and I have never had one as unreadable as this one. I went out the next day and purchased another one from a pet store. Just awful....I cannot believe this company ever gets a repeat customer.

Have had great luck ordering here in the past. But this order I received the first tag right away and I am still waiting for the 2nd tag. So one dog is protected my other dog still hasn't received her tag.
