Was disappointed in engraving on tag (uneven lettering) and found print difficult to read. Expected better quality.

Have not received my order yet!!!

Have always had a great experience with pet tags except the last time I ordered. I placed my order on line and got one confirmation. The charge cleared my banking account twice. Have yet to get help with this. It's been over a month.

I bought 2 sets of plastic cat tags, using 3 fields....pet name, city, phone. The first set I put the phone number on one line, and the numbers are small. I wanted a spare set, so I ordered 3 more, this time putting the area code on the 3rd line, and the phone number on the 4th line, hoping the numbers would be bigger. No, they were the same. It would be nice if the information could be printed as big as possible. Us older folks need larger type. Other than that, the tags are so cute and give me piece of mind that if my pet gets lost, they will be returned.

I have three dogs and needed new tags for all three . We moved recently and changed phone numbers . I found this site and ordered tags that were the most inexpensive I have ever purchased, but as far as quality is concerned they are A-One in my book. With shipping and price of tags it was around Twelve dollars total. I received them in a very short time.

The collar we ordered is just what we wanted. Price was right, and the embroidery is nice. But, it took a month to get the order. I tried emailing after 3 weeks to check the status of my order and never heard back. I called the customer service and was greeted by a very rude 3rd party answering service that said they couldn't do anything and told me it takes 21 business days to ship (not regular days, business days). They really need to make that clear on the site. What kind of business takes 21 days to ship? Well, 4 weeks after my order it finally arrived. If you can plan well in advance and don't need any customer service help, you will be happy with them.

My tag arrived on a Saturday and a portion of the enamel was missing, I called customer service and after a 4.5 minute wait on hold, I was told that they would call me back on the following Monday as I wanted to speak to someone about the damaged product and did not feel that I should have to pay shipping and handling to return a product that was already damaged. By Monday, all of the enamel on the decorative center design was missing and I never received a call back. Although the person I spoke to was courteous, I was very dissapointed in both the product and the lack of assistance. It's too bad as it was a nice looking tag but apparently the quality was far from acceptable and with no response from the manufacturer, I would not recommend ordering a pet tag from this company.

I had a minor problem with the print on my pet tag and they will replace it straightaway. I m impressed :)
