Very happy with online ordering method, easy, affordable, great Tags, excellent service, happy customer'

I recently ordered some dog tags for my dog and my experience with Pet Tags was really great! the order was filled and sent out at a very short time and everything was correct on the tag. This is my second tag and both times I was really surprised on the great service.

My cat has had three of these collars, and they do work, because she comes home without her collar sometimes, so I have to assume that she gets caught on something and is able to breakaway because of the collar.. Unfortunately, along with the cost of the collar, I also have to replace the tag that tells anyone who finds her that she has a microchip, It's a small price to pay, though. The collars are very nice, and sturdy and well made, and the embroidering is first rate. I don't know about the other colors, but the orange tends to fade to kind of pink after about a year.

So... I ordered a collar, and tag for my cat from pet tags, as I have had a good experience ordering tags from them before. I spend $44 on both, thanks to a coupon code they had and was very excited to get them. Upon getting my confirmation email... I was a little concerned to see that it says I spent $44, but then it lists the items I purchased, it ONLY lists the tag. I figured this was just a small error in the email, as I was charged the full $44, and it confirmed my order on the site. I got my tag within 3 days, which is wonderful, but after a week and a half of waiting, there was no collar... I was slightly concerned so I sent an email, with my order number and info, simply trying to confirm that I did order a collar and something didn't go wrong. After another week, no responses at all, so I sent a second email, Still no responses to that one or the first one as of today... It says in the email that collars and leashes take up to 21 days, well today is day 22, and all I wanted was to make sure the order went through. Guess I will have to talk to my bank now... As Im not paying $44 for a tag. I really wanted that collar too.

I've purchased in the past and the tags are well worth it.

I ordered my dog a tag and when I got it the last 2 #s of my phone number was cut off. So it's basically useless other than it has her name on it. However they had good prices and fast shipping...

I ordered 3 pet tags, all the same design: small pink heart. The S link sent with the tags requires pliers to close. Why not just send slip rings? The hole in the plastic heart is so close to the edge that it tore through the first time I tried to connect it to the dog collar ring. I ended up re-drilling a hole in the tag myself, farther away from the tag edge.
