PETTAGS.COMReviews of pettags.com

Pettags.com is the one and only site where you can get plastic tags that are reflective on both sides. The large round tags I order have room for tons of info, so I always want to get my pet tags here. That said, this site is still partying like it's 1999. Failing to so much as provide an e-mail confirming the order, and shipping it without any kind of tracking, is simply unacceptable in today's e-commerce world. It's also stupid, not only from a customer service standpoint, but also from a financial standpoint. Anyone who pays with Paypal can get their tags free by opening an Item Not Received claim. Since Pettags.com doesn't use tracking numbers, they cannot prove shipment and will thus lose the claim; Paypal will take the money out of their account and give it back to the buyer. I would very much like to see the owners of this site get serious about it.

Ordered cat collars w embroidery. Fabulous colors, strong stitches, high quality materials. Purchased these previously and will purchase them again.

I always get my tags from Pet Tags. They do great, quality work and the tags are adorable. I have recently ordered for a friend of mine as well and she loves the tags.

The tags were excellent. Will continue to order from PetTags. One issue, the tags were sent but the rings to hold them are two small and difficult to open..

I've ordered from PetTags.com in the past and the reason I keep ordering for them is that the turn around is very fast (and my crazy cats keep ditching their collars). Thank you!

Exactly what I expected. Vivid colors. Would definitely order again (and have!)

I ordered three embroidered collars. The quality is great and they were exactly as described online. I have ordered several other products from pettags.com and have been happy with every one.

Have been ordering cat and dog collars from Pettags for years and have always been satisfied.
