We ordered a Sleepypod safety harness from this site. The product just did not work. I'm not sure whether it was ill-designed or simply a bad fit, but even my engineer husband could not figure out how it was supposed to fit our dog. We returned it with the return label emailed to us. No response. I emailed customer service and was told because it was beyond 60 days of purchase (not receipt of product but purchase) they had to issue a return through a cashiers check. No problem. I was glad they issued a refund rather than credit, though I would have been happy with that too. Cashiers check never came. I have emailed and called multiple times, left messages. Nothing. Now I have no harness (didn't work anyway), no $63 and no credit we might have used for another product. Just nothing. I will never use this site again.

Love the product; on-line experience is not great; delivery was beyond a three week period. That was disappointing.

My package containing $115 worth of dog collars was lost in the mail, and PetSwag offered no solution in replacing the items other than me paying for them again myself. I was shocked and outraged when Ashley from PetSwag told me that they do not guarantee their delivery, despite being an online retailer. I was even more shocked and outraged when Ashley told me to calm down, take deep breaths, and not to be upset about a silly missing package because there are children dying in the world. Absolutely awful customer service.

The description of the Sleepypod pet carrier stated that it "Compresses from 22" long, 10.5" wide, 10.5" high down to 16" long, 10.5" wide, 8.5" high". The ends and top of the sides do bend when pressure is applied, however, there is no way to keep them in that position. So when attempting to place under an airline seat the carrier is at its larger dimensions and will not fit.

I ordered and paid for two items as Christmas presents for my sister and her dog. One of the gifts arrived on time, but the second item (a collar) was not in the package and not listed on the receipt in the box, despite being on my online receipt and being charged for the item. I called the customer service line, got not response and left a voicemail. I also emailed the customer service address and got no response. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of response has been unacceptable.

My experience with PetSwag was nothing short of horrible. I tried to contact customer service four times to cancel an order that had been backordered. The company emailed me offering a cancellation due to the unexpected backorder, which I replied to with confirmation that I wanted to cancel. After getting no response from PetSwag I was able to file a Fraudulent Charge with PayPal and they refunded my money, minus their fees. I never heard a word from PetSwag, even after the Fraudulent Charge was approved by PayPal and I sent them a follow-up email. I am completely disgusted by the lack of communication from PetSwag and I would not recommend working with this company. Thank goodness for PayPal, but I would assume a credit card company would also approve a fraudulent charge.

I ordered a harness and leash in early July. Two weeks later, nothing had arrived. I called several times, was repeatedly told my items had shipped, would arrive the next day, an email was on its way, etc. All was a lie. The leash arrived after 2.5 weeks, but no harness. I kept calling but still no harness. Eventually gave up and ordered a second harness direct from the manufacturer and canceled the original. Well, that's when I found out that petswag never even had my harness - they had ordered it from the mfg just like me and were just reselling it. In summary - poor service, phones not answered, lies, and a terrible experience. Only positive thing is they did refund my order.

I ordered a "Found My Animal" collar and leash. The collar was available in various sizes, but the leash had no mention of size. "Found My Animal" offers the leash in small, medium, and large. I could only hope that the leash would match the collar. Not even close. I regret ordering from Petswag instead if from "Found My Animal". Same price.
