PetSwagReviews of petswag.com

My order was processed and believe shipped on the same day. It arrived prior to date expected. The item was packaged appropriately and I was completely satisfied. I would absolutely order from them again. I called for information and they were very helpful, professional and satisfied me to feel more comfortable in placing my order for the correct size for my dog.

The Sleepy Pod was a great product for what I was looking for, but it is too small for my 16 lbs puppy who is on the chunky side. He would not stand up as the height was about 10", but the length of 22" was perfect. It is also narrow which is what the airlines prefer. I would say the max. size is about 10-12 lbs.

I was so excited to discover PetSwag. I can now find all the great pet accessories I love in one place. I especially love their Swag Bags that include fun surprises for my puppy and also make great gifts.

I admit I have a problem. I love spoiling my Chihuahua, Lola. And Petswag has earned my business time and time again. Their product selection completely matches my style... modern and unique. But what I really love about Petswag is the customer service. The one time I needed to contact them about an order, they couldn't have been nicer and more responsive. I'll still shop at the big box stores for food an other supplies. But for things that really matter to me and Lola, I highly recommend Petswag.

Very good selection of products that I haven't come across before. I was very impressed with the customer service when I called regarding an issue with my shipping address. Will definitely order from them again in the future.

So glad I found Petswag! I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. There is no other site like this out there that carries such unique products of superior quality. The website is very easy to use and the customer service is excellent with all of my questions and concerns answered promptly. They helped me fine the perfect Sleepy Pod carrier for my dog that I use for all of my travels and outings. I also love the Sleepy Cloud bed that not only compliments my modern loft but is made of the highest quality materials. I look forward to seeing the new products they add and highly recommend Petswag to anyone with discriminating taste.

Petswag has very high quality and unique products for your dog. I have bought two beds and collars. The customer service is incredible. I have recommended this site to many friends.

I ordered a dog bed for my chihuahua. Someone from Petswag called me to tell me the color I wanted wasn't available right away, and asked if I wanted to wait or if I wanted to choose another color and he'd get it shipped right away. I've never had a company call like that before -- usually you just wonder where your stuff is, then you go online to check status and see it's on backorder, and they never tell you and it's a huge hassle to change your order. Will definitely order from them again.
