You're dealing with intelligent customer service with petswag. I purchased a carrier and after submitting payment saw a blank page. I did not receive a confirmation email either. So, the following day, I repurchased the carrier. The second time I saw confirmation and received an email. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call later that day from customer service. They had noticed that I purchased two carriers and wanted to confirm that I did so intentionally. Their proactive call prevented a mistake that would have really irritated me, since I hadn't thought the first order was a success. Instead, they corrected the problem and saved me any headache! Excellent customer service! And the product came quickly and is high quality.
