super fast shipping and reasonable prices when you have a coupon code!

I really loved the products and they are typically cheaper than other sites. There was a toy missing in my package and they not only were so sweet and apologetic about the issue, but quickly sent me the toy and also put in a treat bag for my "trouble". I really appreciated the kind offering and how quickly the toy arrived. Kudos to their great customer service staff members.

This was my first time ordering from Petswag. The products are very high quality and service was excellent! I received my order sooner than expected and am very happy with the purchase.

I love it, my bulldog loves it (I think) and I get tons of complements on it great buy and lower price than I found on other site

I need to travel internationally with my two cats which can be very stressful. I have two sherpa bags, but they are collapsing and my cats hate to go in. I just received my two Sleepypod Air today and one of my cat is already living in it. These seem perfect so far and are definitely worth the extra money. I love that it has an adjustable size, which allows my cat plenty of room while adhering to all international regulations. I couldn't find another bag that did that. The bag is very solid, is dark, and allows my cat to feel protected. If you want peace of mind and a comfortable pet, I recommend you get this carrier! No regrets so far! The service at PetSwag was flawless and shipping was free and super fast!

I purchased the Sleepypod Air Pet Carrier. I absolutely love it!! I need a carrier to tote my little toy poodle in while site seeing and touring around Sante Fe. It has plenty of room for him in it. I love the shoulder strap, and the bag sits comfortably against my body. I ordered the bright orange color, it's so cheerful and festive! Jimi is going to be very stylish being with his mommy in Sante Fe. Thanks Petswag, rmd :))

Very high quality and exactly as shown on website. I ordered an elevated feeder and three dog beds for different rooms for our greyhound. All items are beautifully made - every design detail was thought of and included. I am so happy to have found attractive, elegant, top quality pet accessories. Our dog seems extremely comfortable and happy with the beds and the feeder. I can tell that everything will wash well although I haven't yet needed to do so.

Satisfying people is not always easy. Satisfying a cat is not always possible. But Petswag has accomplished both in our very first encounter!! After consdierable searching and pondering I decided to give the Sleepypod a try for my traveling companion, Ms Sarah (my sweet feline). A call to Petswag resulted in a very positive conversation with Doug who answered my questions thoroughly and pleasantly. I placed the order, turned around (so it seemed) and found in delivered to my door. Opened the box, found the Sleepypod to meet my expectations of sturdy but comfortable construction...just the right size....and easy to change from bed to carrier. Haven't yet tried it in the car, but knowing Ms. Sarah she's going to be 'styling' while she's traveling. Appreciate being able to utilize the seat belts, the shape is cat friendly....it's washable....lots of well thought out details incorporated into the design. And, Ms Sarah is sitting pretty in it here beside me as I type.....very content.....
