I ordered FOUR silicone pet placemats and only received TWO with absolutely NO mention of the missing two BUT you managed to take the money I authorized for the four immediately!!!! This is posted half an hour later: I actually heard back from Doug at Petswag already, and he apologized for his complany not informing me of the cancellation of the other two mats. He has already refunded all my fees and I was able to order two colours that are still available which will be sent out tomorrow! The customer service is extremely impressive and I now would recommend this company to all my friends and fur friends! Thank you Doug!!
