I had bought the same item through Touch Of Modern which came damaged , then returned and a replacement was meant to come which never did - shameful but Petswag picked up the pieces and were awesome

First of all I ordered the Sleepypod Air and got it about $20. less than anyplace else.....then free shipping.....then it arrived a day sooner than promised. I am very happy with PetSwag (and with the product) My little toy English Spaniel.....fits nicely and is now traveling in my car safe and sound with a secure seat belt holding him in his pod. (He weighs about 11 pounds) I will be back PetSwag.......Very happy!
