The store is nice, but I found their prices pretty high and some items were out of stock. Disappointing.

1st time in..they had only been open a few days… surveyed the cat area- (very small compared to dog area) ALL the prices I saw ( cat food, supplies,etc) were quite Higher then anywhere I’ve shopped. The two young guys at register were oblivious to prices, one guy had to help the other to even get me signed inn as a new customer. No personality or store knowledge. It’s my understanding after seeing their sales tactic , is to give “discounts on certain items, food etc” to compensate for their higher prices.. No thanks, not planning on going back.

I made an appt for both of my dogs to be groomed and it was for Thursday at 1 pm then I get a text saying your appt for Friday at 1 pm is confirmed when I called it did no good cause because naturally they have it for the wrong day so I had to cancel the appt cause Friday is not a good day for me very frustrated 😣 with this place at this point

My review is about their website and corporate customer service. I opened the link to a 2 day sale of 20% off. You can't stop the specials, that pass automatically, so you can't read the add to see dates or discount code, even if you put your finger on it. Also, I called customer service to complain that everytime I want to place an order. I have to pick a location, even though I have picked the same store for years. Also, the store that comes up, that is wrong, is a location I have never shopped at. The person I talked to was more defensive than helpful. I'd like to add that the employees at the stores are great!!!

This store stacks several products on top each other throughout the store. The price tags are placed under neath with a fine print. When this was questioned the manager stated I work in retail, and I read the fine print. Therefore, since I did not read the fine print, the price was what the computer indicated. I believe this is a misleading process by the store and they CEO should not be asking his employees to do this on a daily basis. Fix the problem. If the store is not large enough to maintain items properly then may be time to expand into a larger building.

Terrible the ferrets where in a cage with poop everywhere they looked unhealthy and dirty and said they cost 349 dollars felt sad and just felt sad one of them was laying in their own poop bad experience. We where going to bye one but too much money and after seeing them we just left.
