This company has the most outdated technology I have seen. They send a discount to my account and to my email but the clerks have no record of it. I have to print my email and bring it to them. Most of the time it doesn't work. I have a $5 reward on my account that I have no access to because I can't log in to my account. I am done with this place.

Jeremy Shallop is among the WORST business owners in Taylor Michigan! His clerk Rianna at Pet Supplies Plus double charged our credit card and we never received our funds back! So we contacted her manager Sam who said it was nothing she do because it was Rianna's fault and then Sam passed the buck onto Jeremy Shallop the owner. In case we called Jeremy Shallop for weeks, he ignored our calls until finally calling our family back three weeks later. When Jeremy Shallop finally called us back he said quote " I do NOT care" unquote. Simply put whoever reads this please do everything in your power to stay away from 22124 Ecorse Road Taylor, Michigan 48180 as the employees there are truly incompetent people, poorly trained and as stated above the owner Jeremy Shallop cares absolutely nothing about paying customers who have been inconvenienced by his deplorable idiotic staff members. If our family could do so we would give his staff and him a negative 0 star rating.

This store in Ridgecrest Plaza is absolutely unbelievable. The place looks like a dump for one thing. I was in there a couple weeks ago and bought 31 lb bag of dog food and no one even offered to help me get it to my car, I'm a senior citizen and every place else cycle they asked if I want help. The icing on the cake was yesterday I ordered some things for delivery and my credit card was charged. Today I'm expecting the delivery and I get a call the two of the three things I ordered our unavailable. I asked the girl why they were available yesterday and I was able to put them in my card and my credit card was charged but the poor thing didn't know she just started so I just told her to tell the manager I am all done shopping at that store.

Have ordered online twice for a pickup. First time waited outside 20 mins. Second time I kept waiting in the car and finally walked inside where an employee pointed to my 28 lb bag of dogfood on the floor behind the counter and told me there it is, let me get your receipt. Geez, I'm a 65 y/o female.. You think they would help. This store is in Portland Texas.

Went to the Raynham store in MA. I bought 2 items 1 $36.98 the other marked WAS$39.99 75% off NOW $10. I had a coupon code $10 off $40 plus a $5 reward. The subtotal should have been $36.98 + $10+ $46.98. The subtract the $15 for coupon/reward to equal $31.98. Nope, it came to $37.82. I went back and spoke with the manager who told me the coupon and reward come off the $39.99 THEN they take 75% off that. THIS IS ILLEGAL IN MASSACHUSETTS. The manager claims it is how there system works and no way to override it. I reported them to the Attorney General and won't ever shop there again. I have the receipt and bag with sticker for proof. I know they did the same thing last time I was in but couldn't figure out why the receipt was off. It was much easier with only 2 items.

Pet Supplies Plus is a farse. I worked just over 3 months at the new Orangeburg,SC so called facility. Around the time that you're getting your first pay raise, they're searching for a reason to fire you. My supervisor changed our work hours in my department. The very next morning at 6am, I had an argument with my so called supervisor. At first break the head boss came to get me, we were more than 3 hours behind from scheduled shipment. I was at the store in Naperville ill, and the store manager refused to sell me a .34-cent goldfish because I didn't have a fish tank with a heater, my brother went to the store and they sold him goldfish with no questions asked when I asked for the named of the manager she refuses to give me her name and she threatens to call the police. That manager is unprofessional. I called the corporate office and they said the district manager named Noe Sanchez would call me so far no one has called.

Prices are outrageous!! Walked in and walked out! guess I'll be going back to chewy.com
