Horrible customer service!!! if I could put negative 5 i would. Apparently they don't care!!! If you have a problem do not expect any help cause there is none to be had. Chat doesn't work any neither does the email button. Left on your own literally!!!

Terrible company. Takes your order promising 2 to 5 days delivery, 2 weeks later, no delivery, no replies to any of my emails. Instead I keep receiving emails promising delivery eventhough I requested cancelling the order twice. Why bother running a company with no customer service.

Petsupermarket is quite the joke! What I mean by this is is, trying to get customer service regarding "CORPORATE".It's based in the UK, first of all. They only want the customer to reach them by email ONLY! Or the option to "live chat". Live chat DOES NOT work! Period! After googling over & over for a ph # to the corporate office, yes an international # finally came up on google. I called it & I have Int'l calling on my phone, but it is not a working #! Then I got a ph# in Sarasota, FL., called that # & it's even more of a run-around! My last purchase (which got deducted from my debit card for too much money, not the correct amount) will be the last time period I'll deal w/that business! It was convenient due to it right down the street from my house, but oh well!

Ordered pet food on 23rd Nov. Paid ‘£141.21; not received my order, phones are constantly switched off saying we’re too busy to speak -dealing with emails. They say they’ve dispatched it to courier, courier say they’ve never received it. Very poor service and won’t be purchasing goods from them again.

I have emailed this company several times over the past few months after being disappointed with their incorrect delivery times and they have ignored me. They state the following: "Delivery method: Standard (2-3 working days)." It has NEVER delivered to me within 3 working days, so how can they legally state this? And to straight-up ignore me about this is disgusting. I have wasted days and hours of my time waiting for this to be delivered, had to buy more elsewhere to last me until I received it and been ignored. So I just sent them another email saying it has been 44 days since I first complained and it bounced back this time - "Your message wasn't delivered because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email". Yet their website clearly says this is their email address! Now in terms of this actual product: On 12/2 it was £8.44 for 25l. On 28/3, 25/5 and 25/6 it was £9.20 for 25l. On 26/8 it was £9.42 for 25l. On 29/9 it was £10.73 for 25l. Today (24/10) it is £13.20 for 25l. So in 8 months, the price has increased by a whopping 44%! Do you really think this is the way to keep customers? You have lost my custom for sure.

This is the second time I have had problems with this company. My last order was late even though it said all the items were in stock, let me book next day delivery and took my money, I then had to phone the company after several days only to be told the warehouse didn’t have the stock and I would get my order when it came in. We run a business looking after clients dogs so placed a large order, only to have to go to a supermarket to buy food to feed the dogs. We have since placed another smaller order on the 22nd October and received confirmation saying the order would be delivered in two working days, this then changed to the 25th October, it is now the 27th of October and still no delivery, and yet another trip to the supermarket. We will not be using this company again as they are completely unreliable.

When my local pet store went out of business, I was no longer able to find performatrin brand cat food anywhere, which is what my cats have been on their whole lives. Pet supermarket was the only spot I found that carried my girls food, so I set up an account and an autoship order timed to come every few months before I ran out of food. Not only has my shipment always been late, it's also always been wrong. The first order they doubled my order and charged me for it without my consent or knowledge. The second order came damaged in a *** broken box with holes in the bag. The third and most recent order came late again, and was actually 3 bags of dog food not cat food. Their customer service was difficult to get in touch with and not helpful. The online chat kept getting disconnected and would not work when I tried to upload photos they requested. When I finally got in touch with someone on the phone and told them I would like my correct order sent to me overnight or expedited, I was told they are not able to do that. So now I have to play the lets find my girls a new cat food game and hope I find something fast that agrees with their sensitive tastes and bellies. It is crazy to me that such a large company is so incompetent when it comes to online orders, and equally crazy that they can't overnight ship something. I know i'm ranting because this is fresh and I'm pissed, but idgaf. I planned on coming home from work to take a nap with my cats before getting back to the grind. Instead I got cussing dog food and am so cussing frustrated right now. Cuss you pet super market. Cuss you right to Cuss

Don’t waste your time using this company . Rarely can you get them on the line . You are more likely to get the IRS on the line than this customer service department . Hung up on once , phone service was out at one time and the entire company appears to be in disarray . Not worth dealing with .
