Wonderful machine to use for my cats! Also love the replaceable trays super convenient!

All of the 2-legged individuals in our household LOVE our Pet Snowy. We prefer this automatic litter box over the other 4 we currently have. So amazing and easy to use! However, I believe the 4-legged fur babies actually have the loudest opinion. They are our 4 rescue kitties that enjoy their life of ease and convenience at their little furry paws. With multiple other options for clean litter placed throughout our home, they have decided the Pet Snowy provides plenty of “privacy” for their “doodie” time. The other litter boxes get used if the Pet Snowy is occupied and they have a “need to go now” moment. We absolutely love how easy it is to use and clean. Should you have any questions, their customer service cannot be beat. Very helpful and efficient! From here on out we plan to one-by-one replace all of our other litter boxes with Pet Snowy. If you are on the fence about ordering, it is safe to take the leap! Buy two… they are SO worth every penny!

I highly recommend PetSnowy for all your pet needs. The quality of their products is amazing and their customer service is phenomenal. We own several of their products and love all of them. We have their automatic litter box, water fountain, feeder and just purchased two of their air purifiers. We also have their interactive cat toy, my cat loves it.

I have two Petsnowy automatic litter boxes for my rescue cats. They have been working well, and any time I have submitted a question to the company, I've received a helpful answer back very quickly. One of them recently started having what seems to be a sensor issue - yellow light kept flashing - and they offered to send me a free replacement base! I bought my first litter box from them during their pre-order phase, so I'm a longtime customer. Their products and customer service are great!

I had a different container before but need a bigger one. Petsnowy surprised me as it automatically closes the lid and does the vacuum, while many of ones I used before require manual pressing. The smart way also helps keeping my pet’s food fresh. In addition, the product support team is very responsive and efficient to help answer any questions. I’ll purchase from them again!
