I have had this product a little over a year and it worked absolutely amazing, best investment ever. One day out of nowhere it stopped working. I reached out to customer service and they were super fast to respond after a few emails back-and-forth with pictures and letting them know what it was doing. They have replaced the entire unit which is amazing because their website says they only do one year replacement warranty. I had panicked but they took care of it and the complete process took less than 2 weeks. Highly recommended this product. You will free up so much time and the odor control is no joke!! You do not smell it unless you neglect the bag changing!!

I have had the petsnowy for over a year and am beyond pleased. Both the cats and my family love it. Easy clean ups, app works great. The pieces are durable. The company is responsive and reliable. Best automatic litter ever!!

Best litter box ever! It really really helps keep the smell at bay which was the main reason we purchased this one. It’s so easy to clean and keep maintained. Definitely worth buying!

I have been using PetSnowy for over 2 years now and so glad that we made the switch. Since then, it reduced massively the work on a daily basis and not to worry about things when travelling. Something that I’ve been exceptionally impressed is the customer service team. They always responds very quickly, sometimes in minutes, and try to offer the best solution with no hassle. I’ve had their litter unit for years at this point and still am satisfied with my purchase. My cats are accustomed to it and use it comfortably. When comparing this unit to others in the market, I made a leap with investing and so far, my complaints are minimal. Easy to clean, aesthetically pleasing, and simple to navigate.

We’ve got 3 x six month old kittens and one adult mama and they’ve all taken to the PetSnowy quite nicely. The little black kitten 🐈‍⬛ really likes watching his poop disappear. The auto cleaning is sensitive to soft carpet; it most certainly needs to be on a hard surface to accurately know that a cat or kitten has entered the housing.
