The Petsnowy litter box we got was honestly the best litter box we’ve had, this being our third. Quiet, works, and most importantly reliable! The customer service is top notch, I needed a replacement part and they were so considerate and prompt with a response. I’m happy to stay with my Petsnowy device.

This changed our lives. Highkey recommend buying the disposal bags with pre cut holes. It makes maintained very easy. After 3 years of use our litter bed got damaged from normal use. We let the support team know and they sent us a replacement free of charge. Feels good knowing the product is backed up by the company!

EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER CARE I bought my first litter a couple of years ago and this literally changed my life and my kitten's too. Great product and excellent Customer Care. I had a few normal issues and they promptly sorted everything out even replacing for free a malfunctioning component. Fast delivery too. Highly recommended!

Our robot litter tray broke and so I emailed PetSnowy at 4pm on a Saturday. I received an answer 4:52am Sunday. Clarified my order number 9am on the Monday so they could check the warranty. Received a replace unit by DHL today (Tuesday). In my book that definitely counts as Speedy customer service.

I've been a PetSnowy customer since they were on Indiegogo. Their litter box has solved a lot of the pain points from owning cats-- helping to keep smells, litter bits, and scooping to a minimum. Their customer service is excellent-- super responsive and supportive-- which will keep me a customer for life. While these are premium products with a higher price tag, the continued service and product experience is well worth it.

My cat has been using PetSnowy's litterbox, feeder, and water fountain for several years now, and it's honestly made life SO much easier. Less maintenance and a happier cat. After a few years of use there was a feeder issue but their customer service team was quick to respond with help making the experience even more positive. Good products and a great company to deal with - plus the newer app is smoother than the previous version!

I absolutely LOVE this litter box!! Before PetSnowy arrive I hated going into my daughter’s room. We had another self-cleaning box, but it never smelt clean in the room. As soon as we took that old one out and installed the PetSnowy box, along with the air purifier it was immediate!! Thank you so much for this amazing product!!!
