This is a great litter box and my two cats love it. Also had an issue with the globe, contacted customer service which was excellent and they sent me a new globe. Very easy process.

Wir sind restlos überzeugt vom Produkt und froh über die Zeit, die wir sparen. Das Produkt ist vergleichsweise teuer, ja, aber etwas vergleichbares in Funktion und Kundenservice findet man nicht. Es wird umgehend geholfen, die Antwort kommt meist noch am gleichen Tag. Habe ungelogen noch nie einen so fantastischen und unproblematischen Kundenservice erlebt. Egal ob Hilfe bei der Funktionsweise oder Garantieleistung. Wir sind froh, uns für Petsnowy entschieden zu haben, ich hatte wirklich sämtliche automatischen Katzentoiletten verglichen, und seit es das Gerät in Creme gibt finde ich es noch einen Tick besser, optisch.

Honest to God, these guys have the best customer service. Any issue I’ve ever had with anything I’ve ordered, I’ve gotten instant replies and solutions from the PetSnowy team. I’ve been backing these guys since the V1 preorders of their litter box and will continue to do so for years to come.

Little background: We have two rag doll cats. We used two enclosed litter boxes. We are first time pet auto litter box owners and we were looking for the perfect set up for our house and cats. We first looked at the litter robot 3 and 4 but it was too big. So I searched for one with a smaller footprint and that's how I found out about petsnowy. After a little bit of research we decided this was the one for us based on footprint and features we wanted - auto scoops the litter and doesn't kill the cat. Order time: The website is easy to navigate and had a discount going when we ordered. We placed an order on the 13th of July for the litter tray and the water fountain. Water fountain came via DHL and arrived on the 15th. The litter tray was returned to sender from our local DPD depot this is when customer services really stepped up. They shipped another one the same day - which also got returned by DPD. So customer services initiated an investigation and sent out a third one, which actually arrived. So we took receipt of the litter box on the 23rd. Customer services was there every step of the way doing what they could to chase up the delivery company and get our order to us. We are pleased with the items and the cats are too. We just wish they shipped by a better company.
