My petsnowy is absolutely wonderful. Easy to use, clean and odorless. Their after sales service is also amazing, if you have any issues with the product their staff are super efficient and courteous.

I bought this box in January. I couldn’t be happier with this automatic litter box! It came fully pre-assembled, which made setup a breeze. It’s super easy to use and keeps the area completely odor-free—no more lingering smells around the house. One of my favorite features is the smart app. I can track how often my cat uses the box, monitor her weight, and control everything right from my phone. It gives me peace of mind and helps me keep an eye on her health. The customer service is great too. I can always get an answer if I have any questions with the box. Everything works perfectly so far. It’s clean, convenient, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend to any cat owner looking to upgrade their litter box experience!

I've had the Pet Snowy for about a year now. It's pretty simple to use, and makes my life a lot easier. Earlier this year, I had a problem with the drawer not working. I reached out to customer support, and Joey quickly helped me determine the problem and sent me a new one. It did take a few weeks (they were out of stock at the time), but I didn't have to remind them about it. Very kind and professional.

I absolutely love the thing. The entrance is opened from the side, so cats who get weird about peeing onside the litter box do not make a mess. The app is super easy to work with, and can even been integrated in tbe Tuya ecosphere.

I was a bit discouraged when I didn’t hear anything back from PetSnowy about a lack of response in a timely manner as their website promises, but as it turns out there was some glitch that prevented my messages going through and when I reached out on Facebook, they promptly responded, emailed me back, and helped me with my request. They were friendly and understanding and my view of their customer support team has made a complete 180. They truly cared about my experience and I would recommend PetSnowy as a great solution and their company for having great customer service.

Delivery was super quick. I had an issue with the item I bought and spoke to Celine in CS who was so welcoming and super helpful. Although I haven’t managed to try the product yet as I’m waiting for the replacement, I just wanted to take the time to say thank you and reassure anyone that their CS is amazing if you’ve got any issues!

I love my petsnowy, it's efficient and easy to use. While somewhat bulky to maintain, I can't see myself using any other product. I haven't deep cleaned mine all summer. The only real complaint I have is the moisture in the litter drawer, it's so well built that it can't even exhaust moisture, let alone smell. I keep a moisture trap inside mine to help and change out the litter more often during hot months.
